Refund and Exchange Policy:
You may return or exchange an unused item in new condition within 30 days of delivery.
All items must include original packaging.
Items that are used or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Returns and exchanges are subject to a 6% restock fee. All customers will be responsible for shipping both ways.
All custom sales are final.
All sales outside the US are final.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy:
The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn (DHL) for international orders.
We do our best to ship all orders within one business day from the date of purchase. However we are a small business and cannot guarantee we are able to meet this standard.
If you have selected a domestic express shipping option, we will make a reasonable effort to ship the same business day as purchased. Domestic express orders placed after 3pm EST will likely ship the following business day. If we are not able to meet this standard, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you via the email and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
International Policy:
All sales outside of the US are final. Duties, taxes and brokerage are NOT included in the shipping charges listed at the time of check out. Please refer to your country’s import policies for further information about import costs.
